My kids "hammin it up" for the camera
My kids being ridiculous as usual. My boys are a bunch of spazzes, and my girls get very camera shy!
Group Pic :)
My J-room kiddies and I on Friday at our Halloween Party. This was an all day event that included a cooking room (ran by me and another teacher), and we made spider cookie snacks, a game room, a haunted house, pumpkin carving, and the best was trick-or-treating. The school spent a small fortune on candy (all good stuff from the U.S). The kids had a blast and all the teachers were exhausted by the end of the day!

Gotta love Korean doctors!
Monday, October 26, 2009
So I went to the doctors. I had to wait over two hours because you don't get appointments here, its just first come, first served. One of the Korean Supervisors came with me though, which was good. I didn't have a fever, but had every other symptom of the flu, so they think its just a really bad cold. I got a weeks worth of pills 3 times a day, cough medicine, and a shot in the behind. I also have to go back for shot #2 on Thursday morning....Yay me! It better make me feel better!

So I am pretty excited because I have just purchased a humidifier...which I am hoping will help me with this hacking cough I have had since I got here. Bronchitis possibly?? I also am the proud new owner of a Swiffer Sweeper!!! I also tried out my clothes dryer today (which also serves as my clothing washer...weird). Let me just say that dryer gets so incredibly HOT that my clothes were literally steaming when I pulled them out. I can hear water running when I use it...so I think it steams the clothes dry or something.
