Is it raining...No...it is snowing. Everyone in Seoul carries an umbrella when its snowing here. They didn't get one flake of snow last winter, so I think the whole city is in shock right now!They don't use shovels here or maybe they just don't sell them so they use brooms instead. Pretty funny to watch!

Does Korea not normally get much snow? I know that in Japan today it was in the 40s F.
